Q: Price of a Used mustang gt?
There is a 2007 Used mustang GT for sale for $12,000 at a nissan dealership.Its in very good shape..Its got a hood scoop , body kit , a spoiler in the back , duel exhaust , and has never been in any accidents. There is 32,000 miles on it. Is this a good buy?

A: Sounds like it to me, I looked at a 09 GT with the glass roof and they wanted about 32,000 for it so your get one for about half price! just broken in, sounds real good to me!

This is news to Ebay. They don’t have their own escrow service.

Q: Used Ford Mustang GT500 Cobra 2007, Thinking of buying, what should the Price be?
I tried to use Blue book and it said they could not get a price on one of them. Ford dealer wants $40,299. That still very close to the price for a new one is. It was like new really,but its way over price me and my dad and even the sales thought. What do you think the price should be?

A: I would deffinately not pay more then $36,000. I can find a bunch from private sellers that have half the milage and they are asking between $35,000 and $38,000. If I were you, I would take a look at private sellers. Since you will be buying a car that has so few miles on it and you buy from an adult you know the car wont be abused and the factory warranty will still be present. Not only will you find a car for a lot less but on top of that you will save thousands because you wont have to pay sales tax. You are probally looking at saving at least $5,000 by going with a private seller.

A: I would say yes. The car is only a v6 and has 160xxx miles on it. The miles is really the thing that is bringing it down. I actually think they could get $5000 for it but don’t tell them that

Q: Used car purchase: Audi vs Dodge (longevity is good?) Automobile buy repair sales bmw benz mustang ford?
I have heard good things about Audi longevity, many can last until 100k miles.
What about Dodge? I am planning to buy either a used Audi or Dodge Magnum, but will a Dodge hold up well past the 50,000 mile point? I have also heard that the Dodge Durango is bad for longevity but that is a SUV unlike the sedan Dodge Magnum.

A: I don’t know if I’ve ever heard anybody refer to any recent Audi as “reliable”.

I have many clients with Durango/Dakotas that are well past 150,000 miles.

Every Audi I have ever seen with over 120,000 miles has a LOT of valvetrain noise. Audi-philes defend their car’s capabilities but they don’t deny the clatter.

The Magnum is made up of various E and S-Class Mercedes bits. Those parts should be at least as good as any Audi. I hate the 2.7 V6 in anything Chrysler makes and don’t recommend it at all. It has(had) a sludging problem, the water pump is nearly impossible to access and it’s just too damn small for a big wagon.
The 3.5 is a little better. The 5.7 is a lot better

Q: used car loan for a 1994 mustang?
My friend has a 1994 mustang for sale. Where can i get a loan to buy this car.. I went to Bank of America.com and under used cars it does not give me the option to buy a used 1994 it only gos to 2001..

A: Because of the age of the car, few if any banks will make a loan using that car as collateral. You may be able to get a personal or signature loan, and use the money to purchase the vehicle, but financing a 16 year old vehicle will be hard.

Q: Do I need pink slips to sell a used vehicle?
I have an 89′ Mustang I am selling, it hasn’t been insured or registered in over 5 years and I am wondering if I need to try and get the pink slips or if I can just sell it using a bill of sale?

A: If you don’t have a title you’ll have to sell it for junk or as a “parts car”. In other words, cheap. Make sure you advertise it as “no title available”.

Few people will run the risk of paying for a car and then hoping they can get a replacement title.

Q: How much is a 1966 mustang worth?
I found a 1966 Mustang for sale by a private owner and he’s asking $4,800 for it. The exterior has had some work done and the paint job is totally botched, but the interior sounds good. That sound like a reasonable price? Any advice? I’m a bit weary about buying used cars but I’m in love with this one!

A: Leather!!!!!!!!

They look better, are better, and last longer.
Not only do they look superior to cloth seats, but their quality is better and if you happen to spill a drink in the mustang, then it is easier to be cleaned up and doesn’t stain. Aside from that from that, because they are leather, they last longer and are less resistant to wear and tare and fading.

Q: I am 16 and just saw a 1998 mustang convertible for sale on the side of the road and was wondering…?
The car had 98,000 miles on it and I know that’s not too great plus it was 4,900 $ I wouldn’t buy that car just because of how many miles it has on it. I really like this kind of car and would like to know how many miles I should be looking for on a used car like this. Prices would also be helpful (for the car and insurance)

A: That is actually low mileage for an eleven year old car. To get an
accurate price, check the Kelley Blue Book. It will tell price ranges for various different conditions of the car(fair, good, etc.). Average miles varies from about 12,000 to 15,000 per year. Insurance for a 16 year old person will be relatively high, especially with a car like a Mustang.

A: it is over priced, especially since it doesn’t have many original features, such as the exhaust which you can plainly see. so for a face value its overprice by a good 7k. but if you don’t care about original features it is nice, but still overpriced.
