My friend is getting an Infiniti G35 for her first car, is this ok, what do you think?

A: if your friend is rich, then by all means, yes it is okay to get…cause your friend can get into accidents, insurance will fix it and even when her insurance goes up, she can afford to pay it…Gas, maintenance, and insurance will be expensive for an inexperienced driver. But if your friend is barely making ends meet, I would not advise it, as she will be struggling for awhile.

It is a nice, fast car. Tap the gas a little goes a long way for this car.

Your friend reminds me of those Sweet 16 shows on MTV..the aftershows show all their nice cars with a couple of accidents…they all can afford it cause their daddys pay for it. ; )

Q: Infiniti G35?
Does anyone out there know of an effective way to remove a small dent in a car.
Also, I have an Infiniti G35 and the cd player reads disc read error, and there isn’t a cd stuck in it or anything. Can anyone suggest anything simple I can do for that problem. Any help would be appreciated.

A: i think you should find the mechanic how to remove the dent in the car and about the cd’s stuck in the cd’s player,you should try to pull it or just change the cd’s player.

Q: How do you replace infiniti g35 coupe headlight assembly?
I want to replace my reflector mono-xenon headlights on my 04 infiniti g35 coupe with 06 bixenon projector ones. Can anybody help me with it? Thanks.

A: Remove the front bumper and both inner fender well plastic shields. You will see all the nuts and bolts holding the headlight assys after they are removed.

Q: Is the Infiniti G35 expected to undergo a body style change in the near future?
I’m considering buying a G35. I’d like to know if Infiniti intends to change the G35 body style in the next year or two. I’d hate to buy an ‘09 only to learn that the new body style will be out in ‘10.

A: It’s very unlikely that Infiniti will change the body style in the next two years. They just did a redesign last year, and it usually takes 4-7 years for a new design. Plus, the coupe is now a G37 (30 more horsepower). I think you’ll be safe.

Q: Whats the difference between the Lexus Is & the Infiniti G35 Sedan?

A: Size, and the Infiniti can be had with 7 speed automatic (IS 6 speed except for IS-F with 5L V8 and 8 speed), 6MT, and optional VLSD (0 on Lexus).

Q: Which is better the Infiniti G35 Sedan with Journey Package or BMW 330xi in terms of performance, reliability?
I have to choose between the Infiniti G35 Sedan with Journey Package and the BMW 330xi but need more info regarding their reliability, performance, features, safety, resale and overall value for money.

A: Both are very nice cars. Both with give you what your looking for, but I think the Infiniti will cost less to fix and maintain when the warranty expires. Some past and present BMW owners have told me that BMWs get pretty expensive to maintain and fix once the warranty has passed.

If your not looking to keep the car for a good amount of time (5 years or less) go with the BMW. Other than that, go with the Infiniti.

Q: What is the max size of rims and tires for an Infiniti G35?
I leased an Infiniti G35 4 door 2 years ago. The dealership has placed over size wheels and tires on the car. The rim is Ace Brand and it’s 20 inch rims. The Tires are Pirelli 255/35/20 and the width of the tire is 9.5 inch. Basically long story short when 4 passengers are sitting in the car the rear fenders are scrapping the tire and creating sparks due to friction. I have taken the car into the dealership numerous times stating this problem. Infiniti stated that they can not fix the problem without changing the tire and rim to its regular stock size. Infiniti will not reimburse me my money that I paid for the rims. My question is what recourse do I have on resolving this problem. Because at this point it’s a liability to drive the car. And also it’s causing structural damage to the rear fenders. What can I do?

A: find G35 wheel on ebay.

and sell your 20″ wheels…

either that or find someone willing to trade + cash.

19″ tires are already big enough for the G35 4door.

Q: Can an Intelligent key be added to an Infiniti G35 later on?
I’m planning to buy an infiniti G35 but it is not equipped with the intelligent key. Is there any way I can add this feature on? If so, How much would it cost?

A: For all intents and purposes. You are not able to add the factory style intelligent key system after the car is made.

Q: 03 Infiniti g35 coupe what is your experience with this car?
I would like to buy this vehicle,i plan to use it to travel a lot and would like to know,if 03 Infiniti g35 coupe if this car is a gas guzzler? i know it has a 3.5 engine anybody here own one and how is your experience with this car,besides fun,can you drive it long distance,or do you just drive it around town knowing it gets expensive?

A: In mixed driving, you will average around 20 MPG. On the road, 25 MPG.

A: Infiniti’s have great resale value, so finding a $12,000 in 2009 is still gonna ge hard.,
Well i mean, u can get one for that price, but it’s either gonna have a LOT of miles, it’s been in a accident before, or it has mechanical problems.

Where is the lug wrench store in a 2006 Infiniti G35? I recently purchased this car and cannot find where it!
The jack is actually in a small compartment on the left wall. I lifted the mat and I only see a spare tire.

A: lift up the mat in the trunk and you will see the spare tire, the jack and all the other accessories. The lug wrench should be near the jack.
