A: I would personally choose the Tahoe Hybrid 4WD because it’s $7,500 cheaper than the Q7 Prestige quattro AWD and gets significantly better fuel economy.

Q: how is 2010 mitsubishi endavor for SUV?
i’m thinking of buying 2010 mitsubishi endavor SUV for $36,000. Is it good deal for the price? how many years of life can i expect from it?

A: WELL THEY VERY TOUGH BUT NOT AS TOUGH AS YOU WOULD THINK YOU MAY BE ABLE TO SQEEZE 5 YEARS OUT OF IT BUT I WOULDNT PUSH IT ANYMORE THAN THAT… THEY HAVE A WHEEL BARRING PROBLEM WHERE YOU START CHANGING THEM YOU WILL KEEP CHANGING THEM.

Q: anyone know who makes 2009/2010 minivan or SUV with rear seat retractable sunroof?
I’m researching for an independent film and need to find a family vehicle – like a minivan, SUV or wagon-hatchback that has a retractable rear seat sun/moonroof – Meaning the sunroof has to open completely and allow things stick out the roof of the car. The model or make is not important – Anyone have any ideas?

Q: New 2010 SUV Question?
I know quite a bit about cars and I am doing some research into a new 2010 SUV.
Criteria:

Foreign Made
V8 would be nice if an option but if not V6
4WD/AWD
Option for heated leather seats
Rear DvD player would be okay but not necessary
Price: below $60,000
MPG (most important) must get at least 20 city

I have looked at all major brands at this point and I am wondering if anyone has any advice.

A: 20 City requires the vehicle be a Hybrid, there are no SUV’s with anything larger than a 4 cylinder that will get that kind of mileage.

So, your choices are limited to two: the Lexus RX Hybrid, or it’s mechanical clone (but roomier and cheaper) Toyota Highlander Hybrid.

They both have a V6 plus electric motor.

GM has hybrid SUV’s that get 20 city, but they are not “foreign made” if you live in the US (you didn’t state where you live). They are the only V8 SUV’s that get 20 MPG city

Q: i bought 2010 suzuki kaizashi and suzuki grand vitara SUV but i rarely see other suzukis on road. Why?
Why suzuki cars are unpopular in US? Compared to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc it has negligible presence on US roads. However, I am very satisfied with it and they do seem like reliable good cars and good price too.

my mom REALLY wants a 2010 lexus rx350 but it looks too much like a mazda…. so my brother and i want her to get a bmw x5 or bmw m3 or a mercedes cls350… and we need good points for each car to convince her… anything but that car… and please give points on why not to get the lexus… PLEASE!!!

A: The Lexus will last 100,000 miles more than a POS BMW SUV. The X5 and X3 have bad ratings and suck overall. Convince her to buy a BMW M3 sedan if she is paying that much for a car or an Infiniti G37. I think the Infiniti FX35 or the FX50 SUV is really nice and looks better than any other SUV and there very reliable.

Q: What is the biggest 2010 five seat suv?
We are looking at buying a car in June. We are open to all cars. We have 3 girls, but they are small for their ages.(9,11,14) Points will be awarded to best answer.

A: I would get one of the GM midsize suv’s. Consumer Report’s Top Pick for that category is the Chevy Traverse, but I would buy the GMC Acadia. If your budget permits the Buick Enclave is the most luxurious. They have above average reliability and quality, plus they’re relatively fuel efficient for SUV’s and nearly have the interior volume of the fullsize Tahoe. Boring, dry, but informational reviews:

As for something that is out now, the Chevy Equinox is the best, but it’s just a small suv, albeit very roomy.

Q: Will Mercedes Benz release an SUV Hybrid in 2010?
I read on the internet that Mercedes Benz was coming out with an ML450 Hybrid in 2010, I went to the dealer today and they said that there were no plans for an SUV Hybrid, that there would be an S Class only.

Anyone know what the deal is.

A: The person you spoke with at the dealer needs to be a little more informed. The 2010 ML450 hybrid is due out at the end of this year. It will be a full hybrid vehicle, not a ‘mild’ hybrid (like the S400 hybrid will be). The ML450 will be able to run on electrical power alone at low speeds.

Q: I bought 2010 Toyota Higlander SUV. Is it good choice?
I couldn’t think what vehicle to buy so I stumbled across a half page toyota dealer ad. Then i called the number on dealer’s paper ad and he said a brand new convoy of toyotas from japan were just shipped. After making to the dealer as soon as i looked at the highlander from inside, i fell in love with it and bought it on spot.

As far as the SUV’s you provided I would go with the more reliable Japanse cars. Because of all of Toyotas recalls I would go with the Honda Pilot because of its size and reliability. But the Subaru is cheaper and better on gas

A: She has been working for many years already, and has earned the money to buy the vehicles. Why would you think that there was something wrong with someone working hard, using their talents and making money?

The fact that she is 17 does not mean that she should not spend a reasonable amount (relative to her income) for vehicles.
